Fixed price

This model guarantees on-time, on-budget delivery of projects for clients’ requirements, project costs and timelines are clearly defined.   We analyze our client’s needs thoroughly in order to avoid further changes to the software requirements specification and develop an exact plan for every stage of development.

Since predefined deliverables are set the customer pays a fixed price that’s been negotiated and agreed upon for the complete scope of work or a project which is linked to pre-determined timescale broken up into stages.  Such model is also good for developments requiring warranties on fixing bugs and errors that may appear in the beginning of use and we provide such warranty, usually up to 6 months or a year, stipulating these terms in contracts.

The Fixed priced model carried out as the following:

• We’re getting a list of requirements or functional specification (FS);
• We communicate with the client on the reqs, and if there is no FS, our analysts will write up the FS specifying every item, every detail, needs and wishes;
• Based on the worked out FS and overall information we put out our business proposal, or BP, consisting of the:
  • Architecture, our solution;
  • Project stages;
  • Project scope and deliverables;
  • Costs;
  • Our warranty.
